The BoulderFlood app was developed by the team at RedZone Software for use by first responders who are working in the mountains of Boulder County after the 2013 Floods. The app is intended to help first responders navigate through the difficult terrain outside of cell coverage. The base maps are built using data from the USGS and Open Street Map. The app and maps are being freely distributed via the Apple App Store.
